Dear Flemington Borough,
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

Per your request, Items #1 and #2 are included in the attached tax lien list and Item # 3 is in the attached lien holder list.
Item #4 is not a proper OPRA request under NJSA 47:1A-1.1, as you did not request a record. OPRA is to be used to request documents only and not a means to ask questions.
Item #5 would be considered denied as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1, because Robbinsville does not keep lists of all vacant and abandoned properties, so no documents exist.
Lastly, you would need to request documents from Flemington Borough directly through them.
