Oprah MerCO
Dear Princeton Township,
Dear Flemington Borough,
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list
Yours faithfully,
Jacob toby

Mr. Toby,
In response to your OPRA request for “list of all properties with tax
liens on them, list of all municipal held liens, tax lien investors, if
the city assigns there municipal held liens and a list of all vacant and
abandoned properties for Princeton” attached please find information
provided by our Tax Collectors office. Our Tax Assessors office has no
list on vacant or abandoned properties. This completes your request. If
you need any additional assistance please advise.
Thank you
