Mr. Kim,

     You filed an OPRA request seeking “all use of force reports filed by
the police department from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019.”  I was
attempting to send you three separate Zip files, one for each year.  The
email containing the year 2017 was immediately kicked back to me as
undeliverable because of the size of the file.  The other two years are
also large files.

     You can either attempt to adjust your system to handle much larger
files, or, I can provide you with a disc containing all three years via
regular mail, if you provide me with a mailing address.

     Please advise me of your preference.
