Lyle,

I am in receipt of the record request for 169 E. Chestnut Avenue, Metuchen. At the current time there are no open violations issued from the Building Department, open building permits, or oil tank permits in the file for this property. This does not mean that there are/were no oil tanks, just that there are no permits for one.

Please see attached from the Tax Assessor.
