Please be advised that I am the Custodian of Records for Chester Borough which does not have it's own Police Department, but rather contracts for Police Services with Chester Township. Attached is the information you requested for employees of the Police Department. There are two tabs within this document. The Chester Borough Police Department (CBPD EE) employees were all removed from payroll effective December 31, 2016 when they became employees of Chester Police Department (CPDEE). This information was obtained from the Chester Police Department on your behalf.

1. A list of all lawsuits and cases in which any officer of the police department was involved between 2012 and 2019. For each lawsuit/case, please provide the date (month and year) of the alleged incident at issue, whether the alleged incident was excessive force, settlement amount (if any), and final compensation amount ruled (if any).
2. Please provide copies of the complaint in any lawsuits and cases described in above.
