Opra request MC
Dear Union Beach Borough,
We hope all is well
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all delinquent properties
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors that have invested in the past dating back to the year 2000
4) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
5) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.

As per your OPRA request, please see the attached 4 reports. As for the
5th, assignments would be up to the Mayor & Council. I do believe it has
happened before, a very long time ago, but that would definitely be
their decision.
