This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all delinquent properties
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors that have invested in the past dating back to the year 2000
4) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
5) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.

You OPRA request has been forwarded to me for reply.
Attached are:
· Copy of my 2020 Tax Sale List, one investor purchased all five
liens that were sold.
They have all been redeemed.
· Copy of my 2021 Tax Sale List, only one parcel was sold. This
lien is still open.
· Tax Account delinquent List
There are no municipally held liens.
