This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated May 11, 2022. The township has 7 business days to respond to your request from May 12, 2022. The township will respond on or before May 23, 2022 with the documents requested.

4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens. - An assignment can be requested from Township Committee via letter. We don't do an assignment sale.
