Good Morning. Need some help with your OPRA request because it is too
vague. What type of liens, what do you mean by Construction and zoning,
also there is no time frame. Please clarify.

• Violations see attached violations log report
• Certificate of Occupancy attached
• Permit history see attached construction permit report
• No property survey on file
As per the planning and zoning office:
· I have no documents or files in response to this OPRA
As per public works:
· There are no open/pending/closed property maintenance violations
for 249 Center St
As per the tax collector:
· This is not answered. An email was sent on May 19, 2026 for
clarification and there was no response.
OPRA is CLOSED.
