2. Any open permits I am attaching the "Construction Permit Summary
Report. "Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 unlisted telephone numbers are
exempt from disclosure and have been redacted. As this document is being
emailed to you there is no cost for duplication under the Open Public
Records Act.
The property owner can contact the building department at (973) 535-7953
or email [1][email address] to find out the status of the
permits and to make arrangements to close out any open permits.
Please note, as of February 1, 2024 the Building Department no longer has
access to the List of Applications or Extract of Permits so these records
can no longer be provided.
3. Closed permits for the last 20 years See  the "Construction Permit
Summary Report. "
4. Any open health violations The Health Department has advised they have
no files on this property.
5. History of existing / abandoned oil tank The Building Department has
advised there are no permits or history of oil tanks at this property.
Health dept:
1. septic tank records There are no permits or history of septic tanks at
this property.
Tax dept:
If any pending added or omitted assessments "  - There are no records of
pending or omitted assessments. The Tax Department has advised that taxes
are paid thru the 1st Quarter of 2024.
