1. A printout of all permits taken on the property.
2. Whether there are any open permits.
3. Documents regarding any variance pending, granted or denied for the property.
4. Complaints filed by the municipality and other citations for code or other violations at the property.
5. Tax assessors reports or memos regarding the property.
6. Any deed, easement or other restrictions of record for the property.
7. Whether there is an underground oil tank;
8. Whether an underground oil tank has been taken out on the above property;
9. Inspections for environmental issues, water wells, sanitary disposal systems and underground fuel tanks for the property.
10. Any document indicating if the property is in a flood zone.
11. A list of off-site conditions that may affect the value of the property that is maintained by the municipality pursuant to the New Residential Construction
Off-Site Condition Disclosure Act.
12. Whether a septic system has been removed.
13. Whether there is any indication of any underground chemical contaminants.
