Pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-5(i), you shall receive a response in no more than

Please find attached the data grid containing the listed permits for 112
Eisenhower Pkwy, from our current building permit tracking software
SDL. The property owner(s) can contact the building department at (973)
535-7957 or email [1][email address] to get the status of any
open permits.
Please see the attached UCC Violations which was provided by the Building
Department. The Building Department advised that they only have violations
on file from 2015 to current. Please see the attached Complaint Response
Forms which were provided by the Property Maintenance Officer. Additional
violations were provided by the Health Department and the Fire Department.
The Township of Livingston does not make, maintain, or keep on file
records pertaining to your request for "Property sale
information/documents".
