Good Afternoon,

Please see attached Public Service Records for Block 170.02 Lot 7. There
is a septic system design plan in the file, which can be duplicated for a
cost of $5.00.  Please advise if you would like to obtain a duplicate copy
of the septic system design plan.

There are no records for the Planning and Zoning Department for this
property. There are no open permits or violations for construction, land
use and engineering. Please see attached closed permits. As per N.J.A.C.
5:3 provides that building plans submitted in

conjunction with any permit application are exempt from disclosure under
OPRA. The floor plans were redacted from the attached documents.

This completes your OPRA request.
