Though the scope of your request is somewhat broad, I can provide you with
the following information:
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2) 
     The Borough does not keep a vacant properties list.
     
 2) All condemned properties
     Interlaken has no condemned properties.
 3) All residential properties with delinquent taxes
     Please see attached delinquency report.
 4) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been
filed or that are currently in probate

     Interlaken has no property in probate or has received Lis Pendens
notice.
 5) All properties that are absentee-owned

   The Borough does not compile an absentee-owner list.
 6) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1
year, including amounts owed

     The Borough of Interlaken water is not supplied by the
municipality.  Water is supplied by New Jersey American Water.
     The Borough supplies sewer services to the residents.  Each parcel's
sewer cost is not separated out.   This service is included in the     
     total property tax collected for each parcel. 
    
 7) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
      Water is not supplied by the municipality.
 8) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation

    There are no current code violations issued within the Borough.   
 9) All properties with notices of abatement
      The Borough does not issue abatements.
     
I consider the replies to this list along with the attached delinquency
report a complete fulfillment of your OPRA request.  The fee has been
waived, as the information is being sent electronically.
