Mr. Toby:

Thank you for the clarification. Please keep in mind per the New Jersey Government Records Council's guidelines, requestors must be as specific as possible when requesting records. For example, requestors must identify types of records, dates or range of dates, parties to correspondence, subject matter, etc.

The County of Cape May will provide any responsive on or before the seven (7) business day deadline of August 16, 2023.
