Good afternoon Mr. Verdicchio:
I am following-up on the response to your OPRA request for the above
referenced property.
Please be advised:
1. The response from the Construction Department and Tax Assessor’s Office
is attached.
2. In regard to oil tank records, the city’s Environmental Health
Department conducted a search of its files and nothing was found that
pertains
to the information requested. The absence of any information in a file, or
the absence of a file on any property does not indicate
the absence of underground storage tanks, contamination, or any other type
of environmental problem.
