Attached are all closed permits for property located at Block 2.08 Lot 24.
There is an open permit for the deck around the pool. There are no other
open permits.
Please contact the Monmouth Board of Health at (732)431-7456 to obtain
records regarding the septic.
“A public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from
public access a citizen’s personal information with which it has been
entrusted when disclosure would violate the citizen’s reasonable
expectation of privacy.” N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1. In addition, the Township is
awaiting classification of Daniel’s Law database from the State of New
Jersey and is taking all personal information privacy precautions in the
meantime.
