We are in receipt of your Request for copies of all open and closed building/construction department permits for property located at 293 Broad Street which has been forwarded to the appropriate Department(s). Please note due to the Borough closing for the Independence Day Holiday weekend - July 4 and 5 - the Ready Date is on or before July 9, 2024.
We have interpreted your Request as copy of a “List of Construction Applications” from the Borough of Matawan’s Construction Department which will reflect a list of Construction Department permits applied for as well as if they are open/closed.
If we have misunderstood or misinterpreted your Request, please notify us immediately otherwise we will proceed accordingly.
