This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Property : 9 Levinson Ave, South River, NJ 08882
Block : 332 , Lot : 16.01
A copy of a property survey, if available.
Copies of all CCO Certificates and Inspection Reports
Copies of all open and closed Zoning permits
Copies of all Engineer reports
Copies of all CCO Certificates and Inspection Reports
Copies of any violations to present, any penalties, township maintenace amount due if any
Property Card
Presence of an underground oil tank and septic tanks, surveys showing if applicable.
Copies of Environmental Issues, reports and remediation reports, including Permits if any.
PSEG Gas, Electricity services were terminated, meters removed. Is this due to any violations or issues ?
Water service disconnected and sewer Capped, what was the reason?
Estimated rehab cost is $50,0000 , will the township allow to rehab without any modification
