Dear Califon Borough,
HI there we hope all is well
we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

Dear Jacob,
Please advise if you would extend a 3 week period to respond to your requests.
Given the holidays and the vacation schedules at this time, we would like to have until January 17th to respond to these requests.

1. We do not have any municipal liens
2. Christiana First Trust is the Invester on the three tax liens we have.
3. We do not have a list of properties in bankrupcy
4.The attached list is all the tax liens we have.
We do not have a list of all vacant and abondoned properties.
