Thank you for your patience. Attached please find the remainder of the City's response to your OPRA request. Please be advised that individual's owner names have been removed pursuant to Daniel's Law. While the City strives to be transparent in responding to OPRA requests, Daniel's Law cannot be ignored. Thus, to avoid a violation of Daniels' Law, even an unintentional violation, the City has determined that it will not be releasing the names of individual owners pending further guidance on Daniel's Law. Such personal information is being removed or redacted from records going forward. Since the removal and/or redaction only applies to the release of personal information[names], if the name of the owner of a property is listed under a partnership, corporation etc., removal or redaction of that information is not necessary.
This concludes the City's response to your OPRA request. Your request is now closed.
