In response to OPRA request 243-2022:
1. Does the City assign municipal liens? No the City of Cape May does not assign municipal liens
2. List of all lien holders: Currently there are no ACTIVE Lien Holders as there are no outside liens
3. List of all properties in bankruptcy: Currently there are no properties in bankruptcy (see attached report)
4. List of properties with liens on them from 2002-2022: No liens were placed on properties between 2002 – 2022 that remain open. (See attached report)
As for 5 & 6 below, I am not aware of any properties in the City of Cape May under probate or that are deemed vacant/abandoned. The Assessor’s Office may be able to provide a report however, my system does not these as a report option.
5. List of all properties in probate:
6. Vacant/abandoned properties:
The attached reports are blank and therefore were not set up in excel format.
Your request is now deemed satisfied.
Respectfully,
