Hello,

I am following up with you regarding the OPRA request submitted via email
to the Municipal Clerk, Melissa Pfeifer.  I will be responding to portion
of your request for Tax and/or Utility information.  Any other information
requested will be provided under separate cover by the appropriate
officer/department.

Answers are highlighted:

1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens – Yes, we have in the
past. However, we are currently finalizing an In Rem proceeding on all
open municipal liens.  I believe one or two are being removed from the
filing due to title/other issues, so if you check back in about 1-2 months
when the final judgement is issued, I can provide a follow up list at that
point of any liens that are still available after the foreclosure is
finalized.

2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors.  I can only provide what
my system can allow via reporting.  I cannot provide this list in excel as
my system does not offer that option.  I can provide a list, but it has
been edited/part of the page removed to redact SS/Tin, phone and email
information that is not OPRA information.
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy.  See list
attached.
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back
to 2002 until today See list attached.
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate.  We do not
keep probate records on file in this office.  Contact the Monmouth County
Surrogate’s office.
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties – This part of
your request will be answered by our Code Enforcement office.
