2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

4).
The Atlantic County Surrogate’s Office is in possession of probate
records, not the City. You may submit an OPRA request to them. The website
is linked to [1]Atlantic County Surrogate Office (5).
While the City does not keep a register of vacant/abandoned properties,
they use the third-party “Prochamps,” which maintain their own records and
data of which is derived from their own collection of vacant/abandoned
property information. You may search the PROCHAMPS database for Absecon
