NJ DOT Alternative Set Aside Program
Dear Rochelle Park Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I am requesting any and all documents regarding the NJDOT Alternative Set Aside Program and meeting that occurred regarding said grant program between members of the Township Committee and members of the Rochelle Park Board of Education. I would like any and all information, documents, grant applications, ordinances and letters of support, including signatures. I would also like any and all correspondence, email and phone records, between members of the Township Committee, Township Administrator, Director of OEM, Superintendent of Midland School, President and Vice President of the Board of Education, during the months of September, October, November and December, 2020. In addition, I would like any and all information, correspondence, emails, phone records, meeting notes, whether formal or informal, regarding the 11/24/2020 meeting between Township Committee members, Township Administrator, Director of OEM, Superintendent of Midland School, President and Vice President of the Board of Education.
