Nicholas Moustakas' Personal Favors!

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Riedener at the email address of [email address] for the time period of January 1, 2021 through the present containing any of the following search terms: “favor” “help” “request” “I owe you one” “Help me” “Helping me” “do me a favor” “with a request” “assist me” “personal favor” and “private”.
2. Copies of email correspondences either sent by or received by Councilman Nicholas Moustakas at the email of [email address] between Chief Judy Lynn Schiavone at the email address of [email address] for the time period of January 1, 2021 through the present containing any of the following search terms: “favor” “help” “request” “I owe you one” “Help me” “Helping me” “do me a favor” “with a request” “assist me” “personal favor” and “private”.
3. Copies of email correspondences either sent by or received by Councilman Nicholas Moustakas at the email of [email address] between Meredith Riculfy at the email address of [email address] and/or [email address] for the time period of January 1, 2021 through the present containing any of the following search terms: “favor” “help” “request” “I owe you one” “Help me” “Helping me” “do me a favor” “with a request” “assist me” “personal favor” and “private”.

I am aware that the Township is capable and in fact produces OPRA responses via DropBox, as they have taken similar measures on February 27, 2024. Let me know when you can and I appreciate your help!
