Neptune City Noise Pollution Town Horn
Dear Neptune City Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All email communications and town staff meeting minutes related to the town horn and complaints raised about noise by town staff and officials for the time period February 6, 2024- February 12, 2024.
OSHA logs for Neptune City staff and volunteers from February 6, 2024- February 12, 2024.
All 911 calls made that were relayed to the town of Neptune City for the time period February 6, 2024- February 12, 2024. Identify nature of emergency and what departments were dispatched.
The full town horn use log showing every time the horn was sounded from February 6, 2024- February 12, 2024.
Proof of insurance for the Neptune City First Aide Squad, the first aid squad building showing who and what is covered at with what coverage.
All training and instructions including safety precautions for the town horn.
Current protocols for emergency response that do not engage a town horn.

I do not have access or ability to remove documents.
Upon review I have found that the email addresses and phone numbers were
