OSHA logs for Neptune City staff and volunteers from January 1, 2018 – January 30, 2024.

All 911 calls made that were relayed to the town of Neptune City for the time period January 2020 – January 30, 2024. Identify nature of emergency and what departments were called and who was dispatched.

Information about who installed the town horn in Neptune City, when was it installed, maintenance and inspection reports on town horn from time of installation through the present. All policies and procedures, ordinances, and safety training information about using the town horn. Please share installation requirements for the horn.

All Union contracts that cover employees of Neptune City and emergency responders who serve Neptune City.

All Neptune City town council meeting minutes since 2018 that discuss or otherwise deal with the town horn. Please include public comment and full meeting content agenda items, and motions with those who raised the issue and contact information for speakers.

Please provide the email communications for the town administrator, fire department staff, first aid staff, and town council members and the mayor about noise complaints and the issue of the blaring town horn for the times requested to narrow the request as you requested.

Please clarify if Neptune City maintains a log of town horn use.
