Thank you for the response. I am not seeking any contracts. I am seeking the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the city and PBA local 24 that was signed in 2016 and in regards to promotions to Sergeant which occurred in July of 2016. The MOA was put into place because a new contract had not been agreed upon at the time of these promotions.

I just wanted you to know that I did reach out to the State, specifically JoAnn Frascella regarding the applications.
I must defer to her instruction whether (2) applications are required.
I have not yet received her response, but I was told in the past separate application for change in corporate structure/ transfer ....was required
Perhaps you may want to contact JoAnn, and not Ms. Navarro in this circumstance

Following our telephone conversation this morning you sent me another email which contained the wrong documents AGAIN. I think we are having a problem with miscommunication. As indicated for the past 2 weeks, I am seeking a signed MOA between the PBA 24 and the city/state of NJ, dated July 2016. The MOA was a specific agreement to make promotions during this time frame and not a contract. I already emailed you an unsigned copy of what I need but you continue to provide me with the wrong documents. Please read my request before just sending me another contract or document that I don't require.
