Dear Maplewood Township,

All records related to scanner streaming from 2020 through 7/11/23, including but not limited to directives to take the scanner feed down, communications with RadioReference, communications with Broadcastify, communications with township committee members, purchase orders, notifications of scanner stream not working, and Maplewood Police Department intraagency communications regarding the scanner feed.

The OPRA doesn't request any information that should not have ALREADY been in the public domain. It is not even the first OPRA for the scanner audio when you have failed to stream. Previously such has been turned over. I have the CDs (archaic but at least responsive).
This time the public knows thanks to OPRAmachine. Is that why you are inappropriately delaying again?
What is the legal issue that requires Roger and why has it not been handled in the past month?
You are long past the time frame that this was due in violation of the law. It is not a complex request.
You are required to maintain these records for legal proceedings. This is merely one extra copy. It should have been available immediately through evidence.com or another downloadable/shareable means.
If the records are not made available by 9am on Friday then the GRC will be notified.

I should have added very clearly (since it seems I shouldnhave realized the actual issue here): do not exclude or redact any text messaging. The public is entitled to know if town business is being conducted by text message, especially now when we are aware of allegations of a directive to keep the public in the dark by using text message and explicitly not emailing.
