List of Properties with outstanding taxes, liens, & violations, etc.
Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.
All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant.
All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

Please see attached tax delinquent list as of 1/17/19. Also attached is a copy of the vacant/abandoned property list. In regards to your third request, please be advised that we do not maintain a list of the properties with code violations or code enforcement liens. Please let me know if you also looking for properties with tax/sewer liens.
