List of Properties with outstanding taxes, liens, & violations, etc.
Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.
All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant.
All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

Hello George, There are no open UCC code violations from the Construction Department at this time. Also Delanco Township does not have a Vacant Properties Program at this time. The other departments that you are requesting will reply with their own e-mails. Thank you. Cindy Goldman

On your OPRA request you have requested open code violations up to two
years back. I was wondering what type of violations in specific you are
asking for, such as grass not being cut or trash being out to early. I did
not want to send you ALL code violations that are open incase you wanted
specific ones. Please let me know how I can further assist you and get the
OPRA finished.
