Dear Maple Shade Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

- All Class 2 properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.

- All Class 2 properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

- Please provide these lists in Excel (xls) format.

In response to our OPRA Request dated March 9, 2020, below:
Item #1 - Request "all Class 2 properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000" has been addressed in a separate e-mail.

Item #2 - Request "all Class 2 properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property." The township of Maple Shade does not have a document that addresses this request. Please supply specific properties and timeframes and we will be happy to comply.
