Library Contract / Purchase Orders
Dear Wallington Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Contract for the Architect and Engineer for the Library Project
2) Grant agreement with State of New Jersey
3) Bond Ordinance(s) for Library Project
4) Contract for the General Construction of the Building and Site Improvements
5) All Purchase Orders or Budget expense detail of the entire project from the financial system.
6) Final site plan (electronic version) and architectural renderings...no floor plans
Please note if some of this information is kept by the Library Trustees, this OPRA serves them as well to turn over open records since this is a public works project.
