Records requested:
1. All police reports and dispatch logs for landlord-tenant disputes during the years 2018 and 2019.
2. List of registered landlords for all 4+ family buildings and apartment complexes in the municipality.

Please find attached the records responsive to your request - All police reports and dispatch logs for landlord-tenant disputes during the years 2018-2019. Please note the CAD system can be search by keywords and this was done as per your request for "landlord-tenant disputes" OPRA does not allow open-ended requests or requested for "all" of an agency's records. Also, OPRA does not require research, in this case, review of every report to determine if it is a landlord-tenant dispute.
You also requested ”List of registered landlords for all 4+ family buildings and apartment complexes in the municipality." Pursuant to NJSA 46:8-28, Landlords of "4+family buildings" are required to register with the State Department of Community Affairs, Bureau of Housing Inspection. South River does not maintain a list of these landlords. However, in an effort to provide you with information and maintain transparency, attached please find copies of the registration notices the Borough has received for 3+unit properties.
