Under OPRA and the common law right of access please provide a copy of the city's contract with Jaffe Communications, Inc. as well as the resolution approving the contract, and any correspondence or proposals that were submitted by the company seeking the contract.

Please note the proposal/ letter from Jaffe Communications is dated March 1, 2022, which is the commencement date of the agreement (as shown in the resolution), but received by the Council prior to the Council meeting of February 16, 2022. As far as your request for the copy of the contract, the contract has not been finalized and fully executed. Please reach out at a later date to be provided with the document. Thank you.
