Insurance Information
Dear Franklin Township (Gloucester),
Please provide the following:
1.) Provide the date that the water damage occured that destroyed all the 2018 "OPRA Requests".
2.) Provide the Insurance claim submitted for water damage sustained to whatever public / municipality area was damaged that caused your Municipality to "no longer" have copies of the 2018 OPRA Requests.
2a) If no insurance claim was filed for #1, please provide copies of the "work orders" to clean and remedy the area in question, including mold remediation and rebuilding of the area.
3.) Provide a list of other "documents" that may have been lost due to this water damage.
4.) Provide all Twp. Insurance Claims submitted and all payments received for damaged / totaled or repairable vehicle in 2018. Please provide by vehicle type.
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
