Dear Sir/Madam,

Further to your March 6, 2020 email in connection with this OPRA Request, please be advised that the Township has conferred with Internal Affairs, and the material provided to you with the original OPRA response constitutes the universe of disclosable information at this time given the ongoing investigations into these matters. Please note that while that material was provided to counsel for Gregory Makras in connection with that specific matter, the material does in fact incorporate disclosable payroll and other information pertinent to the other officers as well. However beyond that information and given the ongoing investigations, nothing further can be disclosed at this time.

Subject to the forgoing limitations, however, we are advised by Internal Affairs that pre-2016 material is disclosable. We are continuing to work with pertinent Township staff to identify those records and will advise further.
