Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1. In a PDF file, I'd like incoming and outgoing emails between the NJ DEP, Remington and Vernick Engineers, Tom Fey, Ed Hanics, Craig S. Dunwell, Tom Seiss, and any members of Alpha's governing body regarding the project titled: Homa Lane Drainage Improvements. Timeframe January 1999- present
2. In a PDF file, I'd like documents specific to piping, drainage, and/or pond installation plans to prevent the flooding/erosion of nearby properties on Springtown Road and Homa Lane . Timeframe 1/1/1999- present
3. In a PDF file, I'd like copies of any letters sent from the NJ DEP to the Homa residence or residents of Springtown Road seeking approval to pursue the drainage improvements. 1/1/1999- present
4. In a PDF file, I'd like a layperson's explanation as to why the NJDEP has not moved forward in rectifying this flooding issue Timeframe: 1/1/1999-present
