Dear Cherry Hill Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

On June 4th and June 9th 2020 the Township answered an OPRA request made by the PBA. Those requests can be found here:

The PBA is requesting additional information based on those requests.
1)In part 2 of the PBA request, on page 9 of the Conner Strong document titled "Cherry Hill Township Renewal and Marketing Presentation" there is a Horizon Cost breakdown based on Plan, coverage type, and members enrolled. It lists monthly costs and annual costs. Page 14 of the same document lists identical information for Horizon's future costs. Pages 24 and 25 provide the same cost breakdown for Aetna and Amerihealth respectively. The "Cherry Hill Township Renewal and Marketing Presentation" makes no mention of the State Health Benefits plan; was the same analysis described above done for the State Health Benefits plan for that specific document? If so, please provide it in the same format as described above.
2)In part 2 of the request, on page 27 of the Conner Strong document titled "Cherry Hill Township Renewal and Marketing Presentation" is a comparison of Current Horizon, Horizon Renewal, Aetna Proposal, and AmeriHealth Proposal. Did that specific Conner Strong document, titled "Cherry Hill Township Renewal and Marketing Presentation" make any comparison to the State Health Benefits plan" Is so, please provide it the information?
3)Please provide the date and time the Township received the Conner Strong document titled "Cherry Hill Township Renewal and Marketing Presentation". If the document was provided via email, please provide that email and all related emails.
4)In part 2 of the PBA request is a Conner Strong document titled "Cherry Hill Township 2020 Medical Plan Renewal & Marketing Follow-up". Please provide the date and time that document was received by the Township. If the document was provided via email, please provide that email and all related emails.
5) On page 3 of the Conner Strong document titled "Cherry Hill Township 2020 Medical Plan Renewal & Marketing Follow-up" is a comparison of Current Horizon, Horizon Revised Renewal, Aetna Revised Renewal, and SHBP 2030 DA & Omnia. This comparison does not provide a breakdown based on Plan, coverage type, and members enrolled. It also does not list a monthly cost; was a breakdown like this created similar to the one created in the Conner Strong document titled "Cherry Hill Township Renewal and Marketing Presentation"? If so, please provide it for all the plans listed on page 3 of the "Cherry Hill Township 2020 Medical Plan Renewal & Marketing Follow-up" document. If this breakdown was not created, please advise how the page 3 projections were determined and provide any related documents.
6) On page 3 of the Connor Strong document titled "Cherry Hill Township 2020 Medical Plan Renewal & Marketing Follow-up" is a comparison of Current Horizon, Horizon Revised Renewal, Aetna Revised Renewal, and SHBP 2030 DA & Omnia. The comparison bases its projections on the SHBP 2019 rates from July 1, 2019 to December 31st, 2019 and and a "2021 SEHBP renewal - projected 8% increase" based of 2019 rates. Were the current 2020 rates used for any SHBP projections? If so, please provide the projections based on those 2020 rates? If 2020 rates were not used, please advise why. Finally, please explain why SEHBP (School Education Health Benefits Program) projected increases were used when those rates are different and significantly more expensive than the State Health Benefits Program Local Government Employee rates which the Township would actually receive?
