**For future references, we complete the OPRA requests by the order that
they were received and also we have 7 business days to complete**
Attached are the records from the Health Department for 219 Pleasant
Valley Road, Block 61, Lot 42. These are Health Department documents
only, further documents may be coming from other departments depending on
the scope of request.
If this inquiry is in anticipation of an upcoming real estate transfer,
please be aware of Hopewell Township’s requirements for reviews by both
the Fire Safety and the Health Department. Failure to file applications
in a timely manner may delay your closing.
