Formation of EMS

Records requested:
Looking for all information in regards to the formation of new EMS.
This should include communications and emails between Police Chief, other officers, OEM, Administrator, Attorney, Mayors past and present, all council members.
If CFO was included please provide communications or emails from him.
Insurance costs and liability costs are also information needed.
Worksheets with costs and details should be provided for full transparency.

It was a pleasure speaking with you and in accordance with our conversation, we have been able to secure from the South Bergen Municipal JIF, the 2020 projected insurance costs for Ambulance Operations in the Township.
The following should be recognized as part of the development of the projections:
Value relating to the Building, Equipment, Special Floaters and Vehicles is based upon previous values when the Volunteer Corps was operating
$300k in payroll for EMT’s was utilized
Based upon the foregoing, attached is the cost projections for 2020. The 2021 budget for the South Bergen JIF has not been finalized and thus, 2021 rating factors have not been fully developed. Suffice it to say, the 2021 costs would not vary much from the 2020 projections provided.
