Dear Irvington Township,

Under the Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.) and the common law right of access, I am requesting access to and copies of the following government records:

The Official Fire Incident Report for the fire occurring on August 4th, 2025 at the property located at 134 Brookside Ave, Irvington, NJ 07111.

The Fire Marshal’s Investigation Report for the same incident, including any findings related to the cause of the fire and any recorded insurance information for the property owner.

Any and all Police Incident Reports and Police Investigation Reports related to the fire.

Any Code Enforcement records or Notice of Violations issued for this property in the 12 months preceding the fire.

Please be advised that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense in New Jersey or any other state. I am not seeking these records for a commercial purpose.
