As part of the assessment, we are requesting a general records search for the above referenced property. Specifically, we are requesting responsive records concerning the identified PI Numbers as well as general records regarding any past environmental remediation, environmental action outcomes, solid and hazardous waste information, land use information, permits concerning water quality and pesticide use at the property, chemical spills, underground storage tanks (USTs) or aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) registration, monitoring wells registration, ground water sampling data, asbestos abatement, radon, hazardous materials, and any other documents that your department may have regarding the above-referenced property (e.g. permits for electric, heating, Pollution Prevention/Community Right-to-Know Reports from building inception to 2019, property ownership (certificates of occupancy), building permits, construction permits etc.).
