For environmental due diligence purposes, I am looking for ALL available information associated with 246 Sykesville Road, Block 1102, Lot 23.02 (Recently subdivided into 23.06 and 23.07) Chesterfield Twp., Burlington County, New Jersey 08515. I am specifically interested in property ownership records dating back as far as your records provide; any construction/building permits, inspections, and/or violation reports that may have been submitted under this address; Records of any underground storage tank(s) or aboveground storage tank(s); and records of any past or present on-site potable or irrigation wells, septic systems or oil/water separators. I am also interested in any correspondence with the NJDEP and hazardous materials or chemical inventories (including any Right to Know surveys).

As per NJDEP due diligence requirements, I will need everything associated with the property "since 1932 or before the site was developed, whichever is earlier". From a review of other historical documents, the property was developed for agricultural purposes sometime prior to 1930 and then the residential building and Townsend Machine were constructed during the early 1970s; so, all construction permits over that time frame (1930 through present day) would be ideal.
