The Borough of Oakland Records Custodian has received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request on 5/13/24. The seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is 5/22/24.
Your request seeks the following records: All Environmental impact reports
and permits obtained by Borough of Oakland and/or Boswell Engineering
regarding the Patriots Way bridge construction project (as announced in
May 2021).
This response to your request is being provided to you on the first
business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request. These records

      as per your request. Your request is now marked as closed and deemed
