Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the records custodian for the Town of Harrison. Records requests are normally due within 7 business days of receipt, which in this case is February 14, 2019. Due to the volume of records requested, the limited amount of staff able to work on same in Harrison, and sick leave used by staff, the requested records will be transmitted on February 15, 2019. If there is any objection to this, kindly advise as soon as possible.
