Records requested:

All written communication sent to the parents of the class of 2022 from 2/05/2022 until 5/30/2022. Including postal mail, mass emails and mass Schoology messages/posts (if applicable).

I am only requesting bulk distributions of communications where every parent with a child in the class of 2022 was sent the same message. I am not requesting any communication sent to a single parent or small group of parents relating to an individual situation.

Dear Ms. Naumov and Mr. Rinderkinect,

In my previous OPRA Request, one of the emails included in your response was an email sent by Michelle Giurlando to herself on 02/16/2022 at 3:00PM with the subject "GRHS Counseling: Class of 2022". The body of the message appears to have been addressed to the Class of 2022 Parents and Guardians.

This email was not included in this OPRA request for communication sent to all parents. Could you confirm if this email was or was not sent to every parent/guardian of a student in the class of 2022? If I need to create another separate OPRA Request for this information, I can do so.
