Records requested:
All emails between district employees to other district employees (staff and administrators) and/or members of the board of education that include the words/phrases "schedule, master schedule, middle school schedule, high school schedule, MS schedule, HS schedule, MS/HS schedule, 2024-2025 schedule"

Another question, the search as of now is showing the following results:
Total number of emails for the parameters is 873. There will definitely be
some duplicates, since each of the Super/Assist Super needs to be searched
individually (just how the system works). The breakdown is:
Fred - 437
Beth ann - 288
Meredith - 148
873 total
If you want to refine it further, I would suggest removing the word
"schedule" and doing the rest of the searches. Using "2024-25 schedule" OR
"master schedule" OR "high school schedule" OR "middle school schedule" OR "
secondary schedule" and cutting out "Schedule" gets us:
Fred - 51
beth ann - 37
Meredith - 28
total - 116
Let me know as each one will need to be read and redacted which could take
me some time and I may need to assess a fee and want to keep it reasonable.
