I also noticed that they are very few emails coming from either of the SARA accounts. Are you sure all emails were provided?

Based on the review by legal counsel, using the term “email” would retrieve all the emails in that date range and as such is not a specific subject or keyword. All emails in the requested date range with the words “budget” or “205 main” were included in the response.

Dear South Amboy Redevelopment Agency,
Could you please share the legal counsel's contact information? This doesn't sound like a legal reason for denying the claim unless we are talking about 1,000s of emails here, which would be hard to believe - considering the limited date range and relatively limited number of South Amboy redevelopment partners.
If there are 100s of emails still, I will be happy to reduce that number by including other parties that were likely involved on the emails I am looking for - if they exist.
